Bear Valley Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal Guest Services team member in CA to manage the Guest Services phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role sells season passes, tickets, and rentals, greeting guests and delivering exceptional service from first contact through the visit.
You will coordinate with Marketing, Rentals, Lesson Desk/Ski, and SB School, ensuring accurate data capture and high guest satisfaction throughout the ski season.
