Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a front desk associate to welcome guests, register and assign rooms, verify identifications, issue keys, and communicate messages. You will use the computer system to assist check-in and check-out, balance cash accounts, and maintain room records.
You will answer calls, handle reservations, inform housekeeping of vacated rooms, coordinate with maintenance, and respond to guest inquiries about services and local activities.
