The Resort Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests using the resort pool. This includes monitoring the pool area, enforcing pool rules, and providing excellent customer service to guests.
Responsibilities:- Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Clean and maintain the pool area, including restocking towels and removing trash
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
