General Manager

Our General Managers hold one of the most important roles at the hotel. We are looking for a strong General Manager.

General Manager will function as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment to ownership. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Can handle the daily operations of the hotel and oversee all areas of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales.
• Capable of successfully marketing the hotel's quality products and services with the goal of exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Sharp at and will provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals.
• Know how to recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent that will give the WOW experience to all guests.
• Have the ability to not only supervise hotel employees but mentor and motivate them as well.
• Passionate and will help guests out as quickly and awesomely as possible.
• Know how to work with departments to achieve budgets and build strong working relationships.
• Provides a high-quality image towards the guests, employees, business associates, and the community.
• Communicates effectively to create a great impression in writing, telephone, and personal meeting situations.
• Hilton Brand and PEP experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time.

Experience: Hotel General Manager with 2 - 3 years of hotel experience is required.
