ABOUT LE PETIT PALI ST HELENA:

Situated in the charming Napa Valley town of St. Helena, Le Petit Pali is a stunning resort destination perched on close to three acres, featuring 24 picturesque guest rooms and 5 standalone cottages. Guests can spend afternoons lounging by our sparkling pool or savoring a glass of local wine on our sun-drenched terrace. Offering an array of delightful amenities including welcome drinks, daily complimentary Champagne Continental Breakfast, Antipodes water, and Baci Chocolates left bedside after check-in, house-made cookies delivered to your room each night, social hours, weekly programming and so much more.

POSITION PROFILE:

We're looking for a friendly Server who's enthusiastic about serving tasty food, drinks, and coffee while forging authentic connections with guests at Le Petit Pali St Helena.

THE TASK AT HAND:

Assess, anticipate, and meet guest needs, responding quickly without losing focus on the dining experience.
Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, adapting to different personalities with ease.
Understand the full menu of food and beverage items, communicating it to guests effectively and accurately.
Recognize and resolve problems using good judgment, tact, and initiative, in line with company policy.
Perform basic accounting and math, operating cash registers, the Micros system, and hot beverage makers.
Keep a clean, organized workspace per side-work guidelines.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Required

1-year of related experience as a Server in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
Clear thinker who stays calm and resolves problems using good judgment; works cohesively as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Able to lift up to 30lbs
