in Columbia MO

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven On-Site Recruiter to join our team and support high-volume hiring needs. As a
Recruiter
you will:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering a full-cycle recruiting experience and strengthening our client partnerships through exceptional on-site services.

  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client leadership, supervisors, and HR teams.
  • Oversee daily onsite staffing operations, including attendance, timekeeping, workforce data, and policy compliance.
  • Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and proactively reduce turnover.
  • Maintain a consistent, visible floor presence to support associates and client supervisors.
  • Conduct regular employee check-ins and administer engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives.
  • Source, recruit, and staff candidates using job boards, databases, networking, social media, and passive sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct onsite interviews, screenings, and site tours.
  • Partner with recruiters to forecast hiring needs and maintain a strong, reliable talent pipeline.
  • Manage candidate check-ins, tours, start dates, orientations, and first day success processes.
  • Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct onboarding, orientations, and site specific training for all new employees.
  • Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics, service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Experience handling employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems (MS Office, ATS, timekeeping tools)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, depending on client needs

Pay Rate:$55,000 - $65,000

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
