What will you be doing?
  • System Administration and Configuration:
    Own the administration of HR systems (primarily Dayforce, with other cloud-based support systems), including Core HR, Time & Attendance, Recruiting and Talent Management features
  • Ensure Data Quality, Accuracy, and Availability:
    Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and exception handling to identify root causes of, and resolve data discrepancies
  • Operational Compliance:
    Engage HR and Legal teams in requirement gathering and testing to ensure system configurations meet business needs and comply with applicable regulations (FLSA, sick leave, minimum wages, data privacy, GDPR, etc.)
  • Enhance Release Readiness:
    Review and evaluate vendor software release notes to identify business and end-user impacts, communicating with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
  • Support Associate

    Experience:

    Identify and lead opportunities to streamline processes and elevate associate experiences.
  • Collaborate Internally:
    Partner closely with HR, Legal, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure proper optimization of our human resources information systems

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related work experience
  • Previous cloud-based HRIS administration experience (Dayforce experience preferred)
  • Strong functional knowledge of various technical systems preferred
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and collaboration skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Microsoft Power BI preferred
  • Basic SQL or XML experience preferred
