- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, sourcing plans, and talent market approaches.
- Independently source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles using diverse sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including boolean and X‑ray searches, to identify niche and high-demand profiles.
- Gather, analyze, and share market intelligence to inform hiring decisions and improve talent strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting employer value and building strong candidate relationships.
- Proven experience sourcing talent in fast‑growing, high‑performance technology or product‑driven environments.
- Strong expertise in advanced sourcing methods, including boolean logic, market mapping, and research‑driven strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and high‑ownership environments.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- High adaptability, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals with a creative, modern approach.
- Experience sourcing in fintech, crypto, or similarly complex domains is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
