This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater St. Louis for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. The individual in this role will be responsible for processing and managing payroll, administering employee benefits programs, managing garnishments, and ensuring compliance with FMLA regulations. Duties include maintaining accurate records, addressing employee concerns about payroll and benefits, assisting with audits, and staying informed about updates in employment law and organizational policies.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Payroll Administration and managing payroll systems
- Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits management
- Knowledge of Garnishments and related payroll adjustments
- Understanding and compliance with U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
