Human Resource and Payroll Assistant

Overview

The HR and Payroll Specialist will support end‑to‑end payroll processing for a workforce of 250+ employees while assisting with benefits administration and monthly billing tasks. This role ensures accurate, timely payroll execution and contributes to maintaining compliant, well‑documented payroll operations.

• Assist with processing biweekly payroll for 250+ employees
• Review, adjust, and validate timesheets for accuracy
• Support open enrollment activities and benefits updates
• Handle month‑end medical benefits billing and reconciliation
• Assist with payroll deposits and related transactions
• Maintain payroll records and support audit processes
• Utilize payroll software (Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus but not required)

• Previous payroll processing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Experience with payroll systems;
  Reynolds & Reynolds is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational skills
