Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and supported by Group HR. This position will split responsibility between two small facilities located in and near Ontario, California. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and worker's comp administration.

Education and/or Experience
- 2-4 years of HR experience preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with UKG Pro/WFM a plus!
Computer Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access
Skills/Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
- Evidence of the practice of high level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English - required.
