** Position Overview
** We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused
** HR Business Partner (HRBP)
** to serve as a trusted partner to our leaders and employees. You’ll help shape workplace culture, support talent growth, and keep our HR operations running smoothly, all while playing a key role in our hospital’s success.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Partnering with leadership to support workforce strategy and employee engagement
* Handling employee relations with care, professionalism, and fairness
* Supporting recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, promotions, and transfers
* Leading performance management and employee development efforts
* Helping design and deliver training programs
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations
* Managing benefits, FMLA, Workers’ Comp, and ADA processes
* Keeping payroll/timekeeping accurate and HR records up to date
* Tracking HR metrics and assisting leadership with data-driven decisions
* Responding to Texas Workforce Commission claims when needed
** Qualifications
* ** Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
* Minimum one year HR experience in a healthcare setting preferred
* Strong understanding of employment law and healthcare regulatory compliance
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
