Partner (Human) Resources Specialist

Caribbean Coffee Baristas Limited (CCBL) is seeking a Partner Resources Specialist to support and execute core HR functions in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labour laws and industrial relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration. The PR Specialist plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring operational efficiency and legal compliance across locations.

Key Responsibilities

The below highlights key deliverables critical for the performance of the role. Performance reviews will be scheduled, based on agreement of metrics required from period-to-period.

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for store and support roles.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, extensions, et al.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and probationary reviews.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations, industrial relations, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all market labour laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS, and HR documentation.
  • Support training initiatives across the head office and store locations.
  • Assess the welfare needs of the team and recommend strategies to the PRM.
  • Support Ad-hoc HR projects and staff engagement programmes.
  • Liaise with payroll on employee data, attendance, and leave records.
  • Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Any other duties in keeping with the scope and competence.
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably in QSR, hospitality, or retail.
  • Working knowledge of the Labour Laws, principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, strong computer skills and proficiency in HR Systems.
