Location: Mid City LA (Hybrid - up to 3 days onsite)

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $26/hr

About the Role

We are supporting our client in the non‑profit space who is searching for a Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven organization. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with strong potential for long‑term growth. You will manage multiple open requisitions while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, quality‑first environment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage approximately 10 requisitions at a time (up to 15 during peak periods)
  • Conduct high‑volume prescreens and move qualified candidates through the interview process
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Recruit for roles including therapists, counselors, coordinators, advocates, and social workers
  • Utilize the internal ATS (Continuum Cloud / E3 - training provided)
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting efforts
  • Maintain strong organization and pipeline management
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong high‑volume recruiting experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Retail or hospitality recruiting background preferred
  • In‑house recruiting experience strongly preferred (non‑agency background ideal)
  • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills and comfort presenting to hiring leaders
  • Team‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable pivoting when priorities shift
  • Mission‑driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
