Human Resources Coordinator

• Maintain accurate employment records in compliance with US laws and company standards
• Prepare HR documentation including position descriptions, employment contracts, and policy updates
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Partner closely with payroll to ensure timely and accurate employee updates
• Act as the local HR point of contact, escalating key matters to the Global HR Manager
• Support employee engagement initiatives and culture building activities
• Assist with employee relations documentation and investigations as required
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling and onboarding

• 2–4 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role

• Strong HR administration experience and record management skills
• Practical knowledge of US employment law, change management, and grievance processes
• Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Exposure to global HR environments is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working across time zones
