Location: California
- Provide full HR administrative support on on-boarding of new hires, maintenance of employee personal files and Offboarding and Transfer processes
- Provide support on employee life cycle comprising but not limited to hiring, perform due diligence checks and pre-employments for all new hires, job posting and coordinate interviews, job posting as well as employee separations
- Prepare new documentation and new reports in relation to the new regulatory requirements that come into effect from time to time
- Prepare and submit reports to Head Office and the Regulators promptly
- Register employee insurances with insurance vendor and attending to related employee inquiries
- Assist with data entries in the Workday system and tracking of contract renewal and staff confirmation
- Assist to source for relevant training programmes for the those who need to complete the required number of CPD hours and training hours
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks and projects
