Position: HRIS Analyst (SAP SF)
Location: California

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst for one of our global shipping clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP Success Factors across the South Asia region—driving efficient HR operations, enhancing system performance, and delivering an improved user experience. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP Success Factors, along with a strong ability to streamline processes and support HR transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • SAP Success Factors Support & Implementation
    :
    Support the implementation and provide ongoing functional support across all Success Factors modules within the South Asia region.
  • System Optimization & Maintenance
    :
    Drive the successful deployment, continuous optimization, and maintenance of HR systems to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    :
    Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, workflow streamlining, and improved data accuracy and integrity within Success Factors.
  • Adoption & Engagement Tracking
    :
    Monitor and report on system adoption, including user engagement, completion of HR processes, and utilization of self‑service features.
  • Performance Monitoring & Enhancements
    :
    Proactively monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency and user experience.
  • Issue Resolution & User Support
    :
    Ensure timely and effective resolution of system‑related incidents or inquiries, delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Training & User Enablement
    :
    Evaluate and improve user training programs and materials to support effective onboarding and continuous competency development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, System Analysis, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Success Factors (e.g., Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding).
  • Proven ability to provide end‑user support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability.
  • Familiarity with HR data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
  • Experience managing projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
