• Lead strategic workforce and HR transformation engagements across industries.
• Design future‑of‑work, workforce planning and skills strategies informed by data and analytics.
• Reimagine HR operating models, service delivery and digital HR solutions.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives using scenario modelling, skills intelligence and data‑driven analysis.
• Advise clients on redesigning their workforce mix, including internal talent, contingent workers, automation, and AI‑enabled roles.
• Shape and execute change strategies to enable successful transformation adoption.
• Drive org design & develop clear, practical change strategies that prepare stakeholders and employees for major shifts in processes, systems and ways of working.
• Help clients leverage analytics, AI and automation to improve workforce decision‑making and productivity.

• Possess at least 12 years of experience in HR consulting, people advisory, or workforce transformation within the consulting or professional services industry, demonstrating a strong track record of successful delivery.
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Expertise in workforce strategy, HR transformation, org design, and change management.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex HR transformation projects in dynamic environments and guiding organisations through ambiguity.
• Proven ability to develop and grow consulting teams, fostering excellence and client value.
• Passion for building future‑ready work forces and enabling people‑centered change.
