Senior Talent acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience
. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end hiring processes and work closely with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.
Fluency in Japanese is required
, as the role involves frequent communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
• Serve as a key point of contact between candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Fluent in Japanese (verbal and written) – Preferred for communicating with stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms.
