We are partnering on a Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity for an experienced recruiter who excels in fast-paced environments and brings a strong sense of ownership to the hiring process.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, relationship-driven recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions at once time, operate with discretion, and confidently partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and entry-level roles in a high-volume environment
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Execute campus recruiting initiatives and support hiring efforts within manufacturing environments
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and recruiting metrics within an ATS
- 3-5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage high requisition volume with strong attention to detail
- Professional presence and communication skills, with the ability to partner across all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with ATS platforms and standard office tools
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
