Is an entry‑level role focused on providing essential administrative support to the Human Resources department. Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains accurate HR records, and serves as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries. The role is primarily operational, ensuring that day‑to‑day HR activities run smoothly.

• High School Education/GED or equivalent:
  Required
• Zero‑Two years of HR, administrative, or customer service experience:
  Preferred

• Provides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Assists with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Responds to routine employee inquiries and escalates issues as needed.
• Supports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits.
• Helps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR‑related events.
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
