Job DescriptionIs an entry‑level role focused on providing essential administrative support to the Human Resources department. Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains accurate HR records, and serves as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries. The role is primarily operational, ensuring that day‑to‑day HR activities run smoothly.
Job Requirements Education and Work Experience- High School Education/GED or equivalent:
Required - Zero‑Two years of HR, administrative, or customer service experience:
Preferred
- Provides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Assists with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Responds to routine employee inquiries and escalates issues as needed.
- Supports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits.
- Helps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR‑related events.
- Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.

- Pay Range The estimated base pay for this position is $27.46 to $37.67.
