We’re seeking a Senior Manager Human Resources to play a critical leadership role in shaping our workforce strategy, strengthening organizational capability, and driving a high-performance culture.

- Lead and mentor HR team members
- Implement scalable processes and best practices across HR functions
- Leverage engagement data (e.g., Great Place to Work insights) to drive action
- Oversee employee relations, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
- Coordinate employee legal problems, lawsuit and compliance issues with appropriate personnel
- Administer the compensation and benefits programs for the business to include pay adjustments, incentive and bonus programs
- In coordination with EH&S, may oversee workers compensation claims administration
- Direct and maintain various activities designed to promote and maintain a high level of employee morale
- Guide the succession planning process implementing development programs to enhance current skills and develop new skills required for the future
- Represent the Company and its interests at various professional, industry and community associations to further the Company's name in the community or its positive relationship within the industry as well as identification of HR best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives
- Strong business acumen, ideally within manufacturing, defense, or engineering environments
- Experience in workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
