Day in the LifeAs our Senior Human Resources Generalist on the HR team, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service to colleagues, support and lead colleague engagement, and proactively partner with managers in assigned departments to address performance concerns, investigate complaints, and advise leadership on appropriate resolutions. You will also play a key role in the administration of annual compensation planning, including market surveys and salary range adjustments.
Qualifications- High School Diploma
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SPHR)
