HR Business Partner

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing, employee-focused organization to add a HR Business Partner to its Human Resources team. This is a true HRBP role supporting a professional workforce and partnering closely with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.

• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
• Assist with benefits questions, leave administration, and HR policy interpretation
• Maintain employee records and support HR compliance activities
• Participate in performance review processes and development planning
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives
• Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to maintain accurate employee data

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience
• Experience partnering with leaders and providing consultative HR support
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• HR certification is a plus
