Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Recruiter II to join their team. The role is fully onsite at their Maryland Heights, MO.
Core Responsibilities- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates ranging from entry-level graduates to experienced professionals to ensure an ideal organizational fit
- Partner with senior leadership and HR to design and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify and leverage alternative channels, including online platforms, professional networks, technical programs, and universities, to build strong talent pipelines
- Maintain meticulous recruitment files, ensure proper candidate dispositioning, and comply with all federal, state, and local hiring laws
- Train hiring managers on proper applicant tracking system (ATS) utilization and compliance guidelines
- Proactively source, pipeline, and secure specialized talent in new or unfamiliar geographic business markets
- Draft/post job advertisements, handle agency inquiries, and recommend budgets for job fairs, campus events, and recruitment tools
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment model (averaging ~5 hires per week)
- Strong, dedicated experience sourcing passive talent rather than just managing inbound applicants
- Demonstrated ability to source and recruit effectively in completely new and unestablished business markets
- Practical experience tracking candidates accurately and managing compliance workflows within an Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to work standard business hours (40 hours/week) fully onsite in Maryland Heights, MO
- Previous experience highly desired in recruiting for high-volume sales positions
- Prior success recruiting for corporate infrastructure or leadership-level roles
- Experience managing agency/vendor relations and coordinating campus or job fair recruitment events
- Familiarity with hiring within the telecom or cable provider industry landscape
- Past experience reviewing or recommending recruitment tool and event budgets
- Thrives in high-volume, deadline-driven environments with rapidly changing priorities
- Works seamlessly with internal business partners, HR leadership, and external hiring managers
- Demonstrates a self-starter mindset when tasked with uncovering hidden talent in untapped markets

Onsite, Hybrid or Remote: 100% Onsite (Monday–Friday, 8-5 or 9-6)
Compensation & BenefitsPay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $40.00/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
