Human Resource Manager - Earth City, MO (On-site)
The HR Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving HR initiatives that support distribution center operations in Earth City, MO. This role partners closely with DC leadership to foster a high-performance culture, ensure staffing stability, promote employee engagement, and maintain compliance with all company policies and employment laws. The HR Manager will lead HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, safety collaboration, training, and HR analytics within a fast-paced distribution environment.
This is an on-site position that requires daily presence at our Earth City facility, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of HR generalist/manager experience, preferably within distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience handling HR investigations and employee relations issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (specifically UKG), Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and workforce analytics
Skills/Competencies:
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Working Environment:
- Fast-paced distribution center environment with regular floor presence
- Ability to travel occasionally for training, meetings, or corporate initiatives
- May require extended hours during peak season
Compensation: Rector Seal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
