• You will assist in the recruitment process, including CV screening and interview coordination.
• You will support onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• You will participate in recruitment initiatives such as campus hiring and job fairs.
• You will support HR documentation and data management.
• You will assist in organizing and coordinating HR‑related workshops, seminars, and training sessions (e.g., logistics, communication, and on‑site support).
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or are on leave of absence.
• You have a strong interest in Human Resources and the manufacturing industry.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Availability for 6 months.
