Internship HRBP Assistant Intern

Job Description

Recruitment (70%)

• Monitor and follow-up intern recruitment needs
• Manage job postings in recruitment platforms
• In charge of interviewing and recruitment processes
• Monitor candidate database and feedback processes

Integration of New Hires (20%)

• Prepare welcome documents for new joiners
• Coordinate with other departments as requested for good integration of new‑hires
• Monitor and support trainings (On‑boarding, Orientation, etc.) and workshops

Personnel Marketing and HR event (10%)

• Coordinate in job fairs, university activities
• Support yearly events and projects of HR department

• Third/Final year student, entitled as full‑time student during the 6‑month internship
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have advantage
• Eloquent English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Interpersonal skills, time and task management skill, critical thinking, and patience
• Can‑do attitude, urge to develop and learn new things
• Eyes for details and good organization skills
• High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
• Be able to provide stamped Letter of Recommendation from university

• Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility
