We have an exciting opportunity for a Compensation Analyst with the top leading multimedia and creative software company in the world.

• Come support Adobe's Compensation team, reporting to Adobe's Director of Compensation.
• This role requires someone with strong operational & analytical skills who builds solid relationships with HR Business Partners and Managers, through a proactive, consultative, and collaborative approach; while also anticipating needs and demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset to resolving issues.
• Provide support and guidance for HR Business Partners and Managers throughout the year on compensation programs and the annual Rewards Planning process.
• Work with other compensation team members, recruiters, Business partners, and global mobility to provide guidance on compensation related business challenges.
• Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
• Respond to Talent Acquisition offer inquiries as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in Compensation.
• Experience with Workday & Excel.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with ability to present data & insights clearly.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Interest in analyzing data, with ability to drive decision-making.
• Strong Excel & Analytical skills.

• Up to $56.34 per hour.
