Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter, West Coast

Director, Talent Acquisition

Full life‑cycle recruitment for Retail roles, focusing on retail recruitment while building strong relationships with Regionals, Boutique Managers and Corporate Partners.

• Recruitment kickoff and identification of needs in each market; ensure an efficient and qualitative recruitment process.
• Sourcing strategy and talent pipelining: identify strong retail talent in each market, develop a retail network of contacts, and conduct mystery shopping to understand market specifics.
• Ensure talent experience aligns with luxury standards: conduct phone or in‑person interviews, coordinate interview panels, perform reference checks, extend offers, and follow up with candidates.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Management Director to monitor KPI and productivity of sales associates, anticipate succession planning needs and internal mobilities, and develop new recruitment tools in partnership with the Paris HR team.

• 3‑8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple shifting priorities, and be goal oriented.
• Strong sense of urgency, fast‑paced environment, and ability to anticipate business needs.
• Creative thinker with outside‑the‑box recruitment strategy skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; natural connector and relationship builder.
• Understanding of the luxury retail landscape and strong assessment skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and a 5‑6 month availability.
