You will have an appetite for risk, for taking that big bet, because that’s how we leap ahead together. This role will directly support hiring quality into the Autopilot teams in a high‑volume capacity.

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on hiring strategy.
• Manage time and resources effectively, keeping partners updated regularly using data.
• Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline and the skills needed in the Tesla environment.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience at every opportunity.

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience hiring high volume.
• Track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
• Relationship‑management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping navigate talent sources and assessment.
• Genuine interest in technology demonstrated through continuous learning.
• Skilled in offer negotiation and awareness of employment legislation and market trends.
• Ability to lead projects to successful conclusion, balancing efficiency with quality.
• Experience in both corporate and agency/executive search (preferred).
