Intensive cooperation with subject matter experts from the fields of compensation and benefits, global mobility, and HR analytics as well as our HR teams in the business areas.
Conducting analytical job evaluations and salary benchmarks within the framework of our job grading system and supporting the development of compensation structures.
In the area of global mobility, you will take care of the administrative support of international employee assignments and coordinate our external partners in areas such as tax, immigration, and relocation.
Conducting our regular management reporting and creating HR analyses to support our business areas.
Supporting the annual compensation processes, particularly the salary round and bonus process.
Participating in projects to develop and optimize rewards, HR analytics, global mobility, and compensation processes.
Close cooperation with various departments to develop suitable solutions.
A completed university degree or training, preferably in economics, business administration, or a comparable course of study.
Experience in the field of compensation and in the area of HR analytics/controlling.
Proficient analytical skills and confident handling of numbers and evaluations.
Structured, independent, and process-oriented working method.
Ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders in parallel and to set priorities confidently.
Very good communication skills in German and English.
