The successful candidate will provide operational support across all key Human Resources functions, recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits and employee relations.

• An Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Human Resources environment.
• Sound knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and employment legislation in Barbados.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organisational, communication and computer skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills within a collaborative business environment.
