HRIS Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan HRIS projects and activities while developing solutions that add value to Edwards employees and stakeholders
• Provide direction and guidance to smaller project teams to execute tactical HRIS projects and/or initiatives
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns to help influence changes to the operations, process, or programs
• Identify and evaluate HRIS process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities
• Create and maintain proper documentation related to HR systems
• Partner with other SMEs outside of HR (IT, Legal, Finance, etc) to provide HR with more robust analytics
• Develop thorough understanding of HR-related data and create complex queries to extract data for comprehensive analysis
• Other incidental duties

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field
• 8 years of experience in related analytics experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
• Proven successful project management skills
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related systems
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
• Extensive knowledge of HR analytics and systems
• Extensive knowledge of data constructs, system interfaces, and reporting capabilities
