Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects related to the onboarding of new lateral partners
- Communicate regularly with lateral partners between the time they are voted into the partnership and their first day
- Work collaboratively with firm administrative departments and practice groups to execute successful onboarding and orientation for all lateral partners
- Coordinate all orientation activities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the partner recruiting manager in all recruitment tasks
- Bachelor's degree (B.
A.) from a four-year college or university - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service focus
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands
