- join the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Practice Group
- handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- independently run deals with minimal partner supervision
- design and advise on equity compensation
- significant experience in executive compensation and benefits matters related to M&A transactions
- ability to design and give advice on all forms of equity compensation
- well-versed in securities disclosure rules pertaining to executive compensation
- must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- must be a member of the Bar in the United States
