Job Summary
Our client, a leading provider in their industry, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator II to join their team. This individual will support recruiting operations by coordinating interviews, managing hiring documentation, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting company-wide Talent Acquisition initiatives. This is a temporary contract position with the duration from July 22, 2026 to December 21, 2026.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule interviews to keep the hiring process moving efficiently
- Create and route job requisitions for approval to ensure proper workflow management
- Serve as backup support for Recruiters by processing and administering hiring documentation
- Initiate background checks and monitor results to support timely onboarding
- Maintain applicant records and files in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Partner with Recruiters to support company-wide Talent Acquisition services and initiatives
- Generate ad hoc reports and assist with special projects as requested by Recruiters and HR leadership
- Previous experience supporting recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition functions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience coordinating schedules and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and candidate information
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes
- Exposure to background screening administration
- Experience creating reports and analyzing recruiting metrics
- Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and recordkeeping standards
- Experience supporting large-scale or high-volume recruiting efforts
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and candidate support mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Adaptability and willingness to support changing business needs

Schedule:
Monday – Friday within operating hours of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (approximate; may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, and location)
