Job Overview
:
The Intern-HR assists and supports with Unigen’s recruitment function. Reports to the Director, HR / Sr. HRBP. Located at Unigen Headquarters in Newark, CA.

Primary Job Responsibilities
:

• Administer job candidate sourcing.
• Conduct candidate sourcing and pre-employment screening.
• Post and remove job postings to/from job portals.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and organizational fit and provide feedback to recruiter.
• Conduct pre-boarding, background, and reference checks for new hires.
• Coordinate onboarding with candidate and internal stakeholders.
• Other recruitment and staffing duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Effective communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Gmail, Calendar, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
