Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator will directly support the day-to-day HR activities for Truck Hero - Corporate.
Core functions include serving as a liaison for employees and HR, responding to inquiries from employees pertaining a range of employment related issues, directing phone and email inquiries to appropriate group, preparing monthly birthday cards and birthday/anniversary posting notices, supporting, developing, and coordinating internal communications for Human Resources, tracking and reporting monthly headcount, organizational charts, and other HR metrics for the brand and/or organization, conducting orientation with new hires and supporting the onboarding process, scheduling meetings, coordinating HR events, and maintaining agendas and meeting notes, maintaining compliance postings, verifying and maintaining I-9 documentation, gathering content and data for employee communications and drafting deliverables for review by senior management, disseminating timely communication to employees through various internal channels on a consistent basis, maintaining employee records and HR files (payroll, benefits, time off, medical, HR general), and processing HR invoices;
coordinating proper route for payment.
Qualifications and requirements include 1-2+ years of experience is required; may include HR internship. None required licenses. Skills, abilities, and knowledge include demonstrating problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle projects with limited supervision, ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment, advanced proficiency and accuracy with Microsoft applications and data entry. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience required, knowledge of HR related employment law and regulations, ability to build and maintain relationships cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization, driven to achieve business results, creates and manages to timelines, achieves deadlines, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
Internal communication experience is highly desirable, ability to display good judgement, discretion, and confidentiality.
Travel is not required for this role.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This position is subject to sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required as visibility on the plant floor is required.
This position is subject to the following physical activities: talking, hearing, and the use of hands, wrists, or fingers in repetitive motions.
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
