As a Supervisor HR Operations, you will supervise the day-to-day activities supporting Human Resources Operations, including health and welfare benefits and general administration. You will ensure accurate processes and audit compliance, issue resolution, and employee satisfaction; create and maintain a continuous improvement environment.
** In this role you will:*
* + Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of the Human Resources operations team.
+ Distribute workload and resolve escalated issues.
+ Ensure compliance requirements and service level expectations are met by the team.
+ Provide a high level of team support, coach, and mentor team members.
+ Develop employees by effectively measuring performance and engaging team members in developmental activities.
+ Drive onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer of team members.
+ Ensure team provides high customer service levels.
+ Evaluate HR processes; ensure documentation and training materials are accurate and up to date.
+ Identify and implement changes and corrections to system(s); maintain accurate vendor data.
+ Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities and projects for all processes owned by the team.
** What you bring to the table:*
* + 5 years' experience: operations and/or administration experience, including employee and/or vendor support
+ Four-year degree: Business, Human Resources, Management, or related area
+ Supervisory/management experience strongly preferred
+ Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
+ Knowledge of continuous improvement principles
+ Knowledge of human resources concepts
+ Knowledge of performance management and measurement techniques
+ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
+ Supervisory and leadership skills
+ Customer service and problem resolution skills
+ Oral and written communication skills
+ Data analysis skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
+ Ability to train and motivate staff and achieve results through others
+ Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
+ Ability to handle a large volume and variety of work
+ Ability to work in an environment with tight, constant, and changing deadlines
+ Ability to remain flexible and adjust priorities as needed
+ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
** Work Shift and
Hours:
** Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office
** Compensation Details:
** The expected base salary for this position is starting at $65,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
