The role supports recruiting operations, onboarding and HR administration while upholding our core values of respect, collaboration and empowerment. Responsibilities include reviewing UKG postings, screening applicants, conducting prescreening calls, coordinating onboarding with Workbright, and maintaining positive candidate experiences.
