Responsibilities
- Design and refine sales compensation plans aligned to company strategy
- Ensure plans are competitive, scalable, and compliant with legal requirements
- Interpret and apply incentive compensation policies consistently
- Deliver plan training materials and enablement sessions
- Support change management efforts related to compensation programs
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends and performance drivers
- 5-7+ years of experience in compensation design, sales compensation, sales operations, finance, and/or related analytical business role
- Ability to build, pressure-test, and model compensation scenarios
- Comfort working with large data sets
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and drive automation
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity influencing cross-functional stakeholders through data-backed recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
