Rancho Center is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Florissant, MO. Excellence is our goal and good outcomes are our daily measures of progress. HR Director/ Payroll is an integral position in our administrative team;

a candidate needs to be motivated to create improvement, be very involved in hiring & onboarding staff, and maintain a good rapport with the team.

• Day-to-day payroll duties and functions.
• Ensuring all necessary onboarding documents & orientation for new employees.
• Manage all aspects of time clock and payroll processing through the facility established system.
• Help with all hiring & recruiting needs, complete reference checks and arrange interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled.
• Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process.

• You have a minimum of one (1) year HR/ Payroll experience in healthcare or a similar services industry.
• You are computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
• You have a friendly, outgoing personality.
