Factory Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead site training execution to support technical and operational capability needs
• Manage site training processes and key training systems
• Partner with site leaders, Manufacturing Excellence, HR, and Learning & Organization Development to implement training solutions
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for Trainers and Training Coordinators

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field desired
• 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or capability building in an operations or manufacturing environment
• Experience working across cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of technical training design, facilitation, and adult learning principles in manufacturing or operations settings
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence, TPM, Lean, or similar capability‑building systems
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, safety requirements, and quality standards
• Experience using learning systems, digital tools, and training data to manage capability development and measure effectiveness
• Strong project management, organization, and change support skills
• Effective communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across functions and levels

Demonstrates expertise in training design and facilitation, with a strong focus on adult learning principles and capability development in manufacturing environments. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage training processes effectively.
