- Execute full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles
- Build and manage sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles using Linked In Recruiter
- Conduct initial candidate screens and deliver assessments to hiring managers
- Support offer preparation and candidate communication through the close process
- Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS
- Develop working knowledge of the fintech and payments talent landscape
- Contribute to process improvements and share learnings
- 3+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience
- Solid sourcing skills with hands-on experience engaging passive candidates
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong ATS hygiene and process discipline
- Clear communicator who can represent Airwallex well
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Coachable and growth-oriented
- Genuine interest in building expertise in commercial hiring
- Experience hiring for fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sales roles (preferred)
