Bilingual HR Generalist
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our supportive HR team. This role offers a stable work environment, strong company culture, and opportunities for professional growth. You will handle a variety of HR tasks, including personnel records, benefits administration, compliance, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update personnel records, HR documents, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with training, certifications, and labor laws.
- Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Administer benefits and manage leave compliance (CFRA/FMLA/ADA/PDL).
- Conduct background checks and handle employee verifications.
- Implement new hire orientation and maintain related materials.
- Address employment inquiries and manage workers' compensation claims.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Prepare HR metrics reports and manage the exit interview process.
- Assist with payroll tasks, employee information, and timekeeping.
- Support HR projects related to compensation, job descriptions, and more.
- Manage I‑9 compliance and record keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
