Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a part of the team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.
Responsibilities- Recruit, source and interview using reliable recruiting and selection tools
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Lead generation for potential candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage entire recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is required
- Previous experience recruiting in hospitality, concessions, or restaurants
- Minimum of 8 years recruiting experience
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Experience in leveraging social media tools such as Linked In, as a candidate identification and development tools is preferred
- Proven interpersonal skills
