Human Resources Intern

REVOLVE seeks a part‑time Human Resources Intern who will support daily HR operations and be the first point of contact for the company. The role is located on‑site at the Cerritos headquarters.

This internship will develop skills in HR and recruiting, supporting HR operations, analytics, and project work.

• Shadow professional development and training related to HRIS, recruiting & onboarding, employment law, employee relations, production HR, training & development, and benefits.
• Engage in HR operations, including employee engagement, employee relations, and recruiting.
• Participate in coaching and receive feedback from assigned mentors.
• Assist with coordination of employee engagement events.
• Work with the HR operations team to draft company‑wide announcements and templates.
• Assist with other HR projects as assigned.

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Active problem solver with a sense of urgency for projects, large and small.
• Self‑starter and proactive.

• Detail oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational skills.

Salary range: $17 to $18.50 per hour. The role is part‑time.
