HR​/Recruiter Intern

Immediate need for an HR Admin/Intern to work onsite in Santa Clarita, CA
. This will be a 6 month contract role with our client in the F1 motor sports industry! This is a great opportunity for a recent College graduate, or Senior College student, as there is a possibility to be a part-time student worker.

• The HR Admin / Intern is responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Administration team in delivering day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational processes.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives
• Support planning and execution of company events, surveys, and programs (e.g., pulse checks, recognition events)
• Provide support on HR reporting and analytics
• Compile data on headcount, turnover, and training completion
• Assist with HR dashboards and reporting requests
• Support compliance and administrative tasks
• Track mandatory training completion (e.g., safety, compliance)
• Assist with audits and documentation preparation
• Assist with Development/training programs
• Assist with outline, confirming accuracy and implementation of programs
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed including updating

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Has a sense of urgency
• Interest in HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational development

• 6-month contract role
• Flexible schedule; there is a possibility to be a part-time student worker
• Pay Range: $20-25/hr. (DOE)
• Onsite in Santa Clarita, CA
