Full-Cycle Recruiting & Pipeline Management- Execute the complete recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer extension for high-volume security positions.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of pre-qualified candidates to ensure rapid backfill and smooth contract startups.
- Collaborate with Area Directors of Operations to prioritize requisitions based on urgency and client needs.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels to minimize reactive recruiting.
- Serve as the first line of candidate evaluation, assessing qualifications, professionalism, reliability, and cultural fit.
- Make independent hiring decisions balancing volume and quality standards.
- Deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand.
- Complete all new hire documentation ensuring seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Maintain 100% compliance with federal I-9 requirements and coordinate background checks and credentialing.
- Meet defined performance standards including hire counts, time-to-fill targets, and turnover rates.
- Monitor new hire turnover and collaborate to improve first-week retention.
- Provide transparent daily and weekly activity reports to leadership.

- Bring 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or agency settings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred: experience in security or high-turnover industries, bilingual English/Spanish, and knowledge of compliance requirements.
